Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm dispatch, not when payment is taken.
If a piece turns out to be unavailable after you have paid, we will cancel that line and refund it in full.
Pricing
Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes. Shipping is shown separately at checkout.
If a price is listed in obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund it rather than fulfil at that price.
Product descriptions
We describe materials as accurately as we can. Handmade and hand-finished pieces vary slightly from one to the next.
Screen colour reproduction varies. Small differences between an on-screen image and the piece are not a fault.
Liability
Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
Open questions for the owner
- Confirm the legal entity name, GSTIN and registered address.
- Have a lawyer review the contract-formation and liability wording.
- Confirm the governing law and jurisdiction clause you want.
- Decide the pricing-error policy and whether it is enforceable as written.
